We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role for Risk And Internal Control based in Lagos.
- The role involves assessing and mitigating risks, implementing internal control processes, monitoring compliance, and conducting audits to ensure the integrity and security of the bank's operations.
- The position requires daily collaboration with various departments to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into all aspects of the bank's activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Risk Assessment, Risk Mitigation, and Risk Management skills
- Internal Control Processes and Compliance Monitoring skills
- Auditing and Reporting skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
