Job Description:

• We’re hiring a Growth & Operations Associate to work across growth, operations, systems, automation, experimentation, and AI workflows.
• This is not a traditional role with rigid boundaries.
• We want someone highly adaptable who can solve problems, learn quickly, figure things out independently, and help the company move faster across different areas.
• You might work on workflow automation one day, lead enrichment the next, operational cleanup another day, or help support outbound initiatives when needed.
• The role is best suited for someone who enjoys startup environments, likes ownership, and naturally uses AI to improve the way work gets done.

Requirements:

• Strong Ideas about startups, growth, operations, GTM, or related areas
• Highly proactive and resourceful
• Comfortable learning independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to operate in fast-paced startup environments
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Bias toward action and execution

AI Requirements:

• Being AI-forward is mandatory for this role.
• You should already be comfortable:
• Using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, etc.
• Using AI to solve operational and workflow problems.
