Job Description:

We are looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Lekki Phase 1. In this role, you are the face of our brand. You will serve as the first point of contact for all our clients, ensuring that every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed and experiences the high-end, luxury standard our brand is known for.

Requirements:

Reception & Client Care

• The Warm Welcome: You will greet and attend to all walk-in clients with a friendly, professional, and courteous attitude.

• Managing the Flow: You will be responsible for the client waiting experience, ensuring no guest is left unattended. You will coordinate with our sales team to ensure every client is engaged and well taken care of.

• Communication: You will handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and general inquiries with clarity and professionalism.

• Administration: You will maintain visitor logs, ensure proper sign-in procedures are followed, and keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.

Display & Store Readiness (Very Important)

• Maintaining Excellence: Because we are a premium brand, the presentation of our products is vital. You will ensure all hair display units and slabs are perfectly arranged and look pristine every morning before we open.

• Quality Control: You will regularly inspect our displayed wigs to ensure they remain neat, properly styled, and client-ready.

• Collaborating with Stylists: If you notice a wig that needs styling, touch-ups, or maintenance, you will communicate immediately with our Production/Styling Team to get it fixed.

• Visual Standards: You are responsible for maintaining a luxury visual standard across the entire front desk and display area throughout the day.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: You have 2–3 years of experience in Reception, Customer Service, or Retail. Previous experience in the beauty, fashion, or luxury service environment is a strong advantage.

• Education: You hold a minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree.

• Presentation: You are well-groomed, confident, and professional. We want someone who understands that how you look and act influences the customer's decision to buy.

• Skills:

  • You are a strong communicator who can talk to people with warmth and confidence.

  • You have a sharp eye for detail, nothing escapes your notice when it comes to store organization.

  • You can stay calm, composed, and organized, even when the shop gets busy and fast-paced.
