Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office records, files, and documentation.
  • Receive and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and office supplies.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous administrative experience is an added advantage

Salary

N120,000 - N180,000 per monthN120,000 - N180,000 per month
