Job Description:

• As part of our ongoing project expansion, we are seeking to hire two (2) competent and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyors to join our team in Anyingba, Kogi State.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents.
• Conduct cost analysis and feasibility studies for construction projects.
• Support project teams in budget preparation and cost forecasting.
• Monitor and control project costs from inception to completion.
• Track material, labour, and subcontractor costs to ensure alignment with budgets.
• Prepare cost reports and highlight variances to management.
• Monitor financial progress of projects against agreed milestones.
• Maintain accurate project cost records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
• Support audit processes and financial reporting where required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 3–5 years relevant experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration.
• Experience in project cost control and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software/tools.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
