Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND
- At least 10 years of proven experience in cost management for multi-storey building projects with a reputable construction company.
- Proficiency in Cost management software.
- Basic knowledge of BIM and digital measurement tools.
- Must have NIQS Certifications.
- Knowledge of standard forms of contract
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
