Job Description:
- Implement and manage food safety systems
- Lead internal & external audits
- Ensure export-grade quality standards and batch validation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry or related field
- HACCP certification (mandatory)
- Strong experience with NAFDAC, SON & regulatory compliance
- 10+ years quality assurance experience in food production.
