About Company:
XFP Productions is a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering persons with disabilities (PWDs). What began as a passion for celebrating diversity has evolved into a respected hub that actively dismantles barriers. We create platforms where creativity, ability, and opportunity intersect — transforming narratives around disability and forging pathways toward professional inclusion.
Job Description:
XFP Productions is seeking a high-energy, creative, and strategically minded Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence. In the production and media industry, social media is more than a billboard, it is the primary stage for audience connection. This role is designed for a "Digital Storyteller", a professional with 3–5 years of experience who can translate the excitement of our shows and events into viral content and loyal communities.
Your mission is to ensure "Brand Velocity and Fan Engagement." You will be the architect of our digital personality: responsible for managing our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, while utilizing data to turn casual viewers into dedicated followers. If you possess "Creative Grit" and the technical ability to edit high-impact reels under tight production deadlines, we want you to amplify XFP Productions.
Requirements:
1. Content Architecture & Platform Governance
Omnichannel Management: Maintain the health and growth of official accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and X (Twitter), ensuring each platform's unique algorithm is leveraged.
Editorial Consistency: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar that ensures a steady heartbeat of brand visibility and promotional momentum.
Brand Voice Stewardship: Ensure every caption, video, and graphic aligns strictly with XFP Productions' values, aesthetic, and professional communication standards.
2. Multimedia Production & Trend Engineering
Agile Creation: Produce high-engagement digital assets, including reels, graphics, and promotional videos, using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Trend Advocacy: Actively identify emerging social media trends and "audio cues" to keep our productions culturally relevant and positioned at the top of audience feeds.
Collaborative Synergy: Work directly with the production and creative teams to capture and promote exclusive content from shows, events, and initiatives.
3. Analytics & Community Diplomacy
Performance Intelligence: Track and interpret metrics using advanced analytics tools, providing management with data-backed reports that inform future marketing investments.
Community Management: Monitor platforms daily to engage with our audience, responding to comments and messages with a professional yet personable touch.
Campaign Execution: Lead digital promotional activities to increase reach for specific show launches or ticketed events, ensuring maximum "shareability."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand, media company, or public-facing organization.
Technical Savvy: High proficiency in content creation tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite) and a deep understanding of platform-specific analytics.
Core Competencies
Creative Grit: A mindset that thrives on brainstorming and executing "outside-the-box" digital campaigns.
Communication Mastery: Excellent written and verbal skills; you must be able to write captions that sell and engage.
Agility: The ability to work effectively in the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of the entertainment industry.
