Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Prospecting Governance
Lead Sovereignty: Generate and manage a robust pipeline of high-net-worth leads through digital and traditional channels, acting as the primary "Source of Sales Opportunities."

2. Tactical Resilience & Relationship Logic
Consulting Sovereignty: Provide expert advisory services to prospective buyers and investors, acting as the primary "Source of Value Discovery."
Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain long-term high-trust relationships with high-profile clients, providing the "Functional Foundation" for repeat investments and referrals.
Closing Stewardship: Navigate complex negotiations to close high-ticket deals, maintaining the "Source of Revenue Realization."
