Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Facility Manager to anchor the operational engine of our premium residential estates. In the specialized landscape of Lagos luxury real estate where resident satisfaction is the primary metric of success is defined by "Community Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex infrastructure with the clinical precision required for Preventive Maintenance, Utility Continuity, and Service Charge Accountability. This role is designed for an "Infrastructure Architect" with 5–10 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (supervising power systems and road networks) with the "Hospitality Agility" required to manage high-net-worth resident relations.
Requirements:
1. Technical Orchestration & Infrastructure Governance
System Sovereignty: Supervise the maintenance of estate roads, lighting, plumbing, and power supply (Generators/Inverters) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Utility Continuity."
Maintenance Architecture: Ensure both preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are strictly adhered to, providing the "Structural Foundation" for asset longevity.
Integrity Stewardship: Coordinate technicians and contractors for quality delivery, ensuring the "Source of Technical Excellence" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Resident Logic
Operational Sovereignty: Oversee landscaping, janitorial, and waste disposal services to maintain high aesthetic standards, acting as the primary "Source of Estate Appearance."
Relational Architecture: Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, providing the "Functional Foundation" for professional dispute resolution and engagement.
Safety Stewardship: Enforce estate access protocols and maintain safety logs, maintaining the "Source of Secure Community Living."
3. Financial Integrity & Administrative Power
Budget Sovereignty: Prepare and manage the estate’s operations and maintenance budget, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Accountability."
Billing Architecture: Oversee the timely collection of service charges and track expenses, providing the "Relational Foundation" for transparent stakeholder reporting.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 5–10 years of luxury estate expertise to conduct regular inspections and generate routine financial summaries, maximizing the "Source of Management Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Estate Management, or Engineering.
Experience: 5 – 10 years specifically managing residential or luxury estates.
Domain Power: Strong understanding of Community Management and Hospitality Standards.
Software Mastery: Proficiency in maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office.
