Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Development Studies. or related fields
- 3 - 5 years of experience in project coordination or program management
- Experience working in agriculture, rural development, or youth-focused programs
- Familiarity with donor-funded project environments is an advantage
- Strong project planning and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project tracking tools and digital reporting platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and adaptability in field environments
- High level Of accountability and attention to detail.
