Job Description:
mDoc Healthcare is seeking a highly organized, data-driven Project Associate to join our team. You will play a critical role in providing self-management support services to our members and providing operational oversight to our high-impact projects. This is a role for an adaptive professional who thrives in a startup environment, possesses a "person-centered" mindset, and has a strong aptitude for utilizing technology to track, manage, and predict project success.
Requirements:
Project Oversight: Implement project activities in accordance with established work plans, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.
Tech-Driven Management: Utilize Jira and other digital tools to manage complex plans, track progress, and analyze performance data. You will be responsible for translating the "big picture" into actionable, step-by-step tasks.
Operational Leadership: Lead daily huddles with clinical and management teams, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and ensure all decisions are documented and action items are tracked to completion.
Financial & Admin Support: Assist in developing budgets, analyzing financial inputs, preparing high-level presentations/decks, and compiling critical project documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as an interface with internal and external stakeholders (local and international), managing logistics for tele-education programs and ensuring consistent, clear communication.
Reporting & Planning: Create monthly virtual training plans, resource schedules, and publish weekly project status reports for leadership and key sponsors.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or related fields is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
Experience: 5–7 years of experience in project or operations management.
Strong preference: Background in Consulting or the Health sector.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to resolve bottlenecks.
Organizational Mastery: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and maintain extreme attention to detail under tight deadlines.
Soft Skills: Strong "person-centered" communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
