Job Description:

• We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology and digital transformation projects within the power sector.
• This role is ideal for a strategic and results-oriented professional with a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise technology delivery.

Requirements:

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects for public sector or government clients.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Power sector experience is a strong advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.

• Excellent budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and risk management skills.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, SaaS platforms, and system integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
