Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Architect to anchor the design engine of our Lagos projects. In a specialized construction landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the clarity of the blueprint and the precision of the site execution success is defined by "Spatial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize architectural concepts with the clinical precision required for Detailed Working Drawings, 3D Modeling, and Multi-Consultant Coordination. This role is designed for a "Design Architect" with 5–8 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastering Revit and construction documentation) with the "Strategic Agility" required to resolve design issues in real-time on-site.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Design Governance

• Concept Sovereignty: Develop architectural concepts and detailed blueprints, acting as the primary "Source of Design Intent."

• Documentation Architecture: Prepare and review comprehensive construction documentation with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a buildable project.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain drawing standards and version control, ensuring the "Source of Technical Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Coordination Logic

• Consultant Sovereignty: Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants to ensure system alignment, acting as the primary "Source of Interdisciplinary Harmony."

• Technical Architecture: Translate project briefs into functional, high-fidelity designs, providing the "Functional Foundation" for structural integrity.

• Resolution Stewardship: Resolve design-related site issues and respond to RFIs with speed, maintaining the "Source of Project Momentum."

3. Operational Integrity & Support Power

• Execution Sovereignty: Partner with Site Engineers to ensure design intent is maintained during construction, acting as the primary "Source of Quality Assurance."

• Specification Architecture: Prepare detailed schedules and specifications, providing the "Relational Foundation" for procurement and material accuracy.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 5–8 years of architectural practice to resolve systemic abnormalities between drawings and physical site conditions, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput" in Lagos.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 5 – 8 years of active architectural practice.

• Software Power: Elite proficiency in Revit (essential for 3D modeling and detailing).
