We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The Product Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• This role drives product strategy through market insights, cross-functional collaboration, and performance monitoring to ensure profitability, competitiveness, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategy, roadmap, and positioning.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies.

• Identify customer needs, market gaps, and new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless product execution.

• Oversee product development, testing, and launch processes.

• Monitor product performance, profitability, and market reception.

• Adjust pricing, positioning, and feature strategy based on performance data.

• Prepare periodic reports on product outcomes and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in product management or a similar role.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.

• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
