Job Description:
- Digital Transformation | Innovation
- Develop a clear vision and roadmap for internal tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce redundancies across departments
- Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and ROI for internal stakeholders
- Product | Technology development (Odoo, Rosetta, CRM etc.)
- Lead, plan and track all product life cycle phases, from inception to deployment.
- Establish product specifications and coordinate with various functions, including IT, technology engineers, software administration and design to ensure successful product development and implementation within timelines.
- Lead and manage the work with cross-functional teams and the business unit to define and design new features and products and make our existing products even better. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the product development team
- Identify and manage risk for the overall implementation, develop and execute
Mitigation Strategies.
- Performance Monitoring
- Define key metrics to evaluate the success of internal products and ensure they meet stakeholder needs.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions to refine and improve tools post-launch
- Product Marketing
- Develop and propose product pricing and positioning strategies
- Drive product launches including working with the marketing team.
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Drive API integration with third-party businesses for external products as a revenue line
- Operations Management
- Drive the optimisation of operations process to ensure efficiency of service delivery
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Customer Experience: Spearhead customer experience initiatives and monitoring for internal and external products
Requirements:
- Data Modelling, Microsoft Proficiency
- Data analytics
- Proficiency with data visualization tools like: Power BI, Google Data Studio etc.
- High level understanding of data management, e.g., MS SQL, or other tools
- Project Management
Additional Information:
- B.Sc. Degree (Technology & Business Management Concentrations)
- MSc. MBA. Degree in STEM designated programs
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in product management/technology solutions
