Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Product Marketing Manager to anchor the launch and growth engine of the Pathfinder App. In a specialized tech landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the onboarding and the precision of the value proposition success is defined by "Product Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize innovative app features with the clinical precision required for Go-to-Market Strategy, Creative Direction, and User Retention. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect", specifically a professional with a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and proven tech-launch experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (designing high-performing visuals in Figma/Adobe and editing promo videos) with the "Strategic Agility" required to lead multi-channel campaigns across Africa and the diaspora.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & GTM Governance
Launch Sovereignty: Lead the end-to-end launch of Pathfinder App with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Introduction."
Positioning Architecture: Establish brand identity and creative direction, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a consistent user experience across landing pages and social platforms.
Integrity Stewardship: Translate technical features into benefit-driven communication, ensuring the "Source of Product Value" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Creative Logic
Asset Sovereignty: Lead the production of marketing collateral and app promotion kits, acting as the primary "Source of High-Performing Visuals."
Messaging Architecture: Craft persuasive copy for push notifications, onboarding scripts, and ad sequences, providing the "Functional Foundation" for user activation.
Research Stewardship: Conduct deep dives into user behavior and competitor apps, maintaining the "Source of Insight-Driven Strategy."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Funnel Sovereignty: Manage A/B tests for creatives and user flows to reduce drop-off, acting as the primary "Source of Acquisition Growth."
Collaboration Architecture: Coordinate with Product Development and Digital teams to align in-app communication, providing the "Relational Foundation" for feature roll-outs.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Performance Marketing and Data Analytics to accelerate the "Sign-up-to-Retention" cycle, maximizing the "Source of User Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (MBA is an advantage).
Experience: Proven track record in Product Marketing, ideally launching apps or digital products in tech.
Technical Power: Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software.
Analytical Skill: Strong understanding of app metrics (activation rate, session time, funnel performance).
Core Competencies
Creative Grit: Ability to produce high-converting written and visual content across platforms.
