Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Product Manager & Business Analyst to anchor the digital engine of our microfinance operations. In a specialized financial landscape where organizational momentum is dictated by the speed of loan disbursement and the precision of the USSD/Mobile App experience success is defined by "Value Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize business vision with the clinical precision required for Requirements Elicitation, Backlog Prioritization, and Process Automation. This role is designed for a "Product Architect" with 4–7 years of experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (mastering SQL and CBS workflows) with the "Strategic Agility" required to define a multi-channel roadmap in alignment with CBN Regulatory Guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Roadmap Governance

• Strategy Sovereignty: Define the product vision and roadmap for digital channels (Mobile, USSD, Internet Banking) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Innovation."

• Backlog Architecture: Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value and technical feasibility, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sprint execution.

• Integrity Stewardship: Translate vision into detailed user stories and BRDs, ensuring the "Source of Engineering Clarity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Analytical Logic

• Optimization Sovereignty: Analyze CBS and lending workflows to identify bottlenecks, acting as the primary "Source of Process Automation."

• Requirements Architecture: Work with Credit, Risk, and Finance to capture functional and non-functional requirements, providing the "Functional Foundation" for system enhancements.

• UAT Stewardship: Define test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing, maintaining the "Source of Solution Validation."

3. Operational Integrity & Market Power

• Market Sovereignty: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify customer pain points, acting as the primary "Source of Competitive Advantage."

• Launch Architecture: Collaborate with Marketing and Operations on Go-to-Market strategies, providing the "Relational Foundation" for successful feature adoption.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize SQL proficiency and Banking Domain Knowledge to resolve data-driven roadblocks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Product Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 4 – 7 years of combined experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in Banking/Financial Services. (Microfinance or Digital Lending experience is highly preferred).

• Technical Power: Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and payment gateways (NIBSS, Remita).

• Domain Mastery: Deep understanding of Core Banking Systems (T24, Finacle, etc.), lending operations, and CBN compliance.

• Product Tools: Proven ability to manage roadmaps and utilize project management tools in a hybrid environment.
