Job Description:
We are seeking high-velocity and technically elite Procurement Engineers to serve as the line execution engine of our Oil & Gas project supply chains. In the specialized landscape of heavy industry, success is defined by "Supply Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex engineering requirements with the clinical precision required for Technical Compliance, RFQ Management, and Vendor Coordination. This role is designed for a "Fidelity Architect" with 3–6 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (interpreting engineering drawings and equipment specs) with the "Operational Agility" required to manage commercial documentation and ensure the timely delivery of mission-critical materials.
Requirements:
1. Execution Orchestration & Technical Governance
Procurement Sovereignty: Take direct charge of operational execution for Oil & Gas materials, acting as the primary "Source of Supply-Chain Momentum."
Compliance Architecture: Ensure all technical documentation and vendor submissions align with engineering specifications, providing the "Structural Foundation" for project integrity.
Documentation Stewardship: Manage RFQs and commercial records with millimetric focus, ensuring the "Source of Data Accuracy" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Vendor Logic
Coordination Sovereignty: Manage relationships and communications with global and local vendors, acting as the primary "Source of Partner Alignment."
Logistics Architecture: Support delivery and logistics functions to ensure materials reach project sites on schedule, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for lead-time optimization.
Technical Stewardship: Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to verify equipment suitability, maintaining the "Source of Technical Credibility."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Reporting Sovereignty: Provide regular updates on procurement status and authority compliance, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Visibility."
Systems Architecture: Utilize ERP or procurement systems and MS Excel to track procurement flows, providing the "Visual Foundation" for supply chain transparency.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–6 years of heavy industry expertise to manage multiple RFQs simultaneously, maximizing the "Source of Procurement Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related).
Experience: 3 – 6 years in procurement or project engineering (Oil & Gas/Heavy Industry focus).
Knowledge Base: Familiarity with O&G materials, equipment, and international vendor standards.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP/Procurement systems and advanced MS Excel.
Core Competencies
Technical Grit: Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and technical data sheets.
