Job Description:

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of PMO frameworks, standards, and templates.
• Provide analytical, administrative, and coordination support to project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project and portfolio-level performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper archiving of all project documentation.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, escalating deviations as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance processes, tools, and working methods.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and governance practices.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Asana) is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
