We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are urgently seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Group Chairman of our company. The ideal candidate must be proactive, highly organized, and ready to resume immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman.
• Manage the Chairman’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Must live within proximity to Lekki.
