Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and versatile Receptionist & Cleaner to anchor the operational engine of our Lekki Apartment. In the premium Lagos residential market, success is defined by "Interface Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize elite guest greetings with the clinical precision required for Apartment Sanitization, Inspection Coordination, and Administrative Support. This role is designed for a "Facility Architect" who can blend "Tactical Grit" (meticulous cleaning and linen management) with the "Strategic Agility" required to act as the primary point of contact for high-value client inspections and handovers.

Requirements:

1. Interface Orchestration & Inspection Governance

  • Welcoming Sovereignty: Greet visitors, clients, and staff with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of First-Impression Excellence."

  • Inspection Architecture: Lead client apartment tours and inspections, providing the "Structural Foundation" for successful property handovers and bookings.

  • Registry Stewardship: Manage visitor sign-in processes and appointment schedules, ensuring the "Source of Site Organization" is elite and professional.

2. Sanitation Resilience & Hygiene Logic

  • Cleanliness Sovereignty: Execute rigorous cleaning and sanitizing of rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms, acting as the primary "Source of Guest Health and Comfort."

Qualifications and Skills:
