Job Description:
- We are currently seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and drive key people operations initiatives within a fast-paced and multi-location organization.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years progressive HR experience
- At least 2 years in HR Operations, HR Services, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, or related operational HR functions
- Strong experience managing HR operations across multiple business locations
Hands-on experience in:
- Payroll Administration
- Employee Relations
- Compensation & Benefits
- HR Operations
- Workforce Administration
- HRIS Management
- HR Compliance
- Employee Engagement
- Experience within FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, Logistics, Manufacturing, Telecoms, or similarly fast-paced environments is highly preferred
- Proven ability to support and manage large workforce populations
- Strong operational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
