Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and analytical People & Culture Associate to anchor the performance engine of Black Pelican Group. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the clarity of the KPI and the precision of the reward success is defined by "Merit Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize Group-wide goal cascading with the clinical precision required for Salary Benchmarking, Performance Calibration, and Statutory Compliance. This role is designed for a "Human Capital Architect" with 3–5 years of progressive experience and a CIPM/PHRi certification who can blend "Analytical Grit" (managing salary bands and grading frameworks) with the "Strategic Agility" required to partner with Unit Heads in designing outcome-driven KPIs.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Performance Governance
Goal Sovereignty: Lead the end-to-end performance cycle, including goal cascading and KPI development, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Alignment."
Calibration Architecture: Facilitate structured review sessions with leadership to ensure fairness and eliminate bias, providing the "Structural Foundation" for internal equity in evaluations.
Integrity Stewardship: Drive the development and monitoring of PIPs with clear coaching interventions, ensuring the "Source of Professional Accountability" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Reward Logic
Compensation Sovereignty: Support the design of salary bands and pay positioning strategies, acting as the primary "Source of Market Competitiveness."
Benefit Architecture: Administer health insurance, pension schemes, and statutory remittances, providing the "Functional Foundation" for employee welfare and compliance.
Payroll Stewardship: Collaborate with Finance to validate payroll inputs and compensation changes, maintaining the "Source of Fiscal Fidelity."
3. Operational Integrity & Analytical Power
Insight Sovereignty: Develop HR analytics dashboards to interpret workforce data and productivity levels, acting as the primary "Source of Data-Driven Decisions."
Cost Architecture: Maintain workforce cost reports and compensation ratios, providing the "Relational Foundation" for executive-level workforce strategy.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of C&B expertise to resolve grading or rating abnormalities in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Institutional Throughput" at Black Pelican Group.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
Certification: CIPM or PHRi certification is highly preferred.
Experience: 3 – 5 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits.
Technical Power: Advanced proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and Dashboard Reporting.
