Job Description:

  • Supervise Teams: Manage front desk, housekeeping, and F&B staff.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Operations Coordination: Monitor check-in/check-out processes, room readiness, and inventory.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational feedback.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and service standards

Requirements:

  • HND or BSc in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • NYSC certificate.
  • 2 to 5 years experience in a supervisory role in a hotel (front desk or operations preferred).
