Job Description:

• Lead and motivate teams including Digital Marketing, Social Media, Sales (Virtual & In-Store), Tech Support, and Audit staff.
• Oversee team performance, conduct meetings, and ensure all duties are effectively carried out.
• Optimize operational efficiency and problem-solve to ensure smooth business flow.
• Provide essential leadership and decision-making for the teams when senior management is focused on other initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years in a leadership or management role, guiding diverse teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in gadgets.
• Experience in operations for a business with a marketing team is a plus.
• Prior experience in a gadget/electronics retail environment is a plus.
