Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and drive process efficiency
- Implement operational strategies, SOPs & performance frameworks
- Lead departmental heads & ensure cross-functional alignment
- Manage supply chain, procurement & inventory optimization
- Ensure compliance with PCN, NAFDAC, SON & GDP standards
- Oversee budgets, cost control & performance reporting
- Drive employee productivity, coaching & leadership development
- Support business growth, expansion & risk management
Requirements:
- Data analytics skills are a must
- Experience in Pharma, Retail, FMCG, or Manufacturing
- Strong leadership, analytical & decision-making skills
- Proven experience in process optimization and business performance
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA is an advantage)
- 7–10 years experience in Operations Management (4+ years in leadership)
