Job Description:

The Operations Associate will provide essential support in planning, coordination, and execution of productions, academy sessions, and school programmes. This role requires a highly organized team player who can manage schedules, assist with logistics, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while learning and growing within the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of productions, academy programmes, and projects.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining efficient workflows and documentation.
  • Coordinate with production teams, tutors, designers, and vendors under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
  • Track milestones and assist in monitoring project deliverables.
  • Provide logistical support for rehearsals, performances, training sessions, and events.
  • Help maintain company calendars, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and vendor coordination.
  • Contribute to organizational reporting and planning as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic budgeting/financial tracking skills.
  • Familiarity with theatre, film, or event production processes is an advantage.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work evenings and weekends during production periods.
  • Proficiency with project management or collaboration tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certification or degree in Arts Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • 2–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administration (arts/events/creative industries experience is a plus).
