Job Description:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to all operational functions, including production, logistics, supply chain, customer service, and facility management.
- Ensure continuous improvement in operations, driving innovation and best practices across the company.
- Analyze current operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Lead initiatives to improve productivity, reduce operational costs, and enhance quality across all business functions.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee the company’s supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
