Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Operations and Business Development Officer to join our consulting firm in Ikeja. This role is a unique blend of backend operational execution and frontend market expansion. You will be responsible for ensuring our HR training programs run seamlessly while simultaneously identifying and capturing new business opportunities through digital and traditional marketing channels.

This is a hybrid role ideal for a tech-savvy graduate who is eager to build a career in HR consulting. If you have a flair for communication, a mastery of Microsoft Office, and the drive to meet business development targets, this is your launchpad.

Requirements:

1. HR Consulting & Training Operations

  • Program Execution: Coordinate the logistics of HR training programs, including material preparation, venue/platform management, and participant communication.

  • Administrative Excellence: Utilize Microsoft Office to manage consulting data, generate reports, and maintain organized project documentation.

  • Service Delivery: Ensure that consulting interventions are implemented according to client specifications and timelines.

2. Business Development & Marketing

  • Market Expansion: Identify potential corporate clients and partners, initiating conversations to promote the firm’s HR and training services.

  • Digital Engagement: Manage online marketing efforts, utilizing social media platforms to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Sales Support: Assist in drafting proposals, pitch decks, and marketing collateral to close new business deals.

3. Hybrid Coordination & Communication

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a professional point of contact for clients, trainers, and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.

  • Performance Reporting: Track business development activities and operational milestones, providing regular updates to management.

  • Ikeja Hub Integration: Leverage the hybrid work structure to maintain efficiency both remotely and onsite at our Ikeja office.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: University Graduate of any discipline.

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in Consulting, HR, or Training is an advantage. (Entry-level candidates with high potential are encouraged to apply).

  • Location: Must reside in or around Ikeja to facilitate the hybrid work model.

Core Competencies

  • Tech Literacy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.

  • Communication Mastery: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly.

  • Digital Savvy: Knowledge of social media and online marketing techniques to drive business growth.

₦80,000 - ₦120,000/month
