We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Business Development Officer will identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth.
  • The role focuses on building strong client relationships, closing deals, and supporting the company’s expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and market engagement.

  • Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into clients.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and presentations.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and performance reports to management.

Requirements:

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years’ experience in business development or sales.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve results.

  • Good presentation and networking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
