Job Description:

  • Manage client documentation and office records
  • Handle scheduling, logistics and customer support
  • Maintain property database and verify property details with owners
  • Keep financial and administrative records updated
  • Ensure smooth day to day office operations

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Detailoriented with excellent documentation habits
  • Proficient in microsoft office/google sheets
  • Reliable, professional and confidential
  • Previous admin experience is a must
