Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to serve as the strategic engine of our hospital in Anthony. In this role, you will be responsible for the heartbeat of the facility—ensuring that our clinical and administrative systems work in perfect harmony to provide exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate understands that hospital operations are about more than just "management"; it is about resource optimization and risk mitigation. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, refine internal workflows, and ensure that every department—from the front desk to the surgical suites—operates at peak efficiency. Requirements:

1. Clinical & Administrative Workflow Optimization

  • Daily Oversight: Direct and manage day-to-day hospital activities to ensure seamless patient flow and reduced wait times.

  • Resource Management: Oversee the efficient use of hospital facilities, medical supplies, and high-value equipment.

  • Process Engineering: Implement and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery across all shifts.

2. Staff Leadership & Talent Development

  • Performance Governance: Supervise administrative and support staff, conducting regular performance reviews and identifying training needs.

  • Inter-departmental Synergy: Foster collaboration between clinical (doctors/nurses) and non-clinical teams to eliminate operational silos.

  • Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere to hospital policies, Nigerian health regulations, and medical ethics.

3. Quality Improvement & Facility Excellence

  • Service Quality: Drive quality improvement (QI) initiatives aimed at enhancing patient safety and satisfaction.

  • Facilities Maintenance: Ensure the hospital environment is clean, secure, and that all medical infrastructure is maintained to high standards.

  • Policy Implementation: Update and enforce institutional policies to mitigate legal and operational risks.

  • Experience: Proven experience in Hospital Operations Management or high-level Healthcare Administration.

  • Leadership: Strong ability to lead diverse teams and manage the complexities of a 24/7 medical environment.
