In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our operational excellence, responsible for transforming the CEO’s vision into tangible, scalable realities. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution, ensuring our teams, technology, and processes are optimized for global growth.

Requirements:

Operational Leadership & Strategy

• Vision Alignment: Act as the primary driver to "bring alive" the CEO’s vision and support executive process ideals.

• Process Optimization: Streamline internal workflows, implement automation, and develop robust policies to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

• Team Management: Provide mentorship and leadership to the operations team (5 direct reports), fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• KPI Management: Monitor and track departmental KPIs to ensure all functions are meeting targets and contributing to overall company growth.

Information Security, Compliance & Tech Infrastructure

• Data Safeguarding: Develop and enforce strict InfoSec policies, collaborating with IT teams to manage access controls, encryption, and regular security audits.

• Infrastructure Oversight: Take ownership of core cloud-based systems and technology infrastructure, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and high-performing.

• Tech Liaison: Evaluate emerging technologies and act as the bridge between operations and client teams to ensure technical solutions exceed expectations.

Resource & Client Management

• Workforce Planning: Oversee the efficient allocation of personnel to meet project deadlines while optimizing utilization and cost-effectiveness.

• Service Delivery: Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure timely service delivery and proactively address client concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Facilities & Financial Oversight

• Office Management: Manage facilities and vendor relationships to ensure a safe, conducive, and professional working environment.

• Budgetary Discipline: Work closely with the Finance department to manage operational spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and refine financial forecasts.

• Risk Mitigation: Maintain a robust risk management framework across resourcing, InfoSec, and general operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: * Proven track record in a Senior Operations role, preferably within a technology, ERP, or professional services environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing emerging market complexities and diverse industry sectors.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Information Security (InfoSec) standards and compliance.

  • Mastery of Cloud-based ERP systems and technology infrastructure management.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and financial forecasting.
