Job Description:

We are seeking a smart and proactive Sales Assistant to join our growth-focused team. This role is designed for a persuasive communicator who enjoys the challenge of turning potential leads into loyal customers. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from the initial cold call to closing the deal and maintaining long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work effectively on remote days and thrives on meeting daily and weekly targets.

Requirements:

Lead Conversion & Sales

  • Outbound Calling: Proactively call and follow up with potential customers daily to drive business growth.

  • Prospect Conversion: Guide leads through the sales funnel, converting prospects into paying clients through effective persuasion.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets to maximize performance bonuses.

Relationship Management

  • Customer Retention: Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat sales and brand loyalty.

  • Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate product information and resolving concerns.

Administrative & Data Management

  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all calls, sales transactions, and customer interactions.

  • Self-Management: Work independently, particularly during scheduled remote days, ensuring productivity remains high without direct supervision.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Possession of a relevant qualification (SSCE/OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc).

  • Location: Must reside close to Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos for ease of proximity to operations.

  • Experience: Basic experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory for a high-potential candidate.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

    • Confidence: High level of comfort and confidence in making outbound phone calls.

    • Reliability: Proven record of being organized, result-driven, and dependable.

    • Independence: Ability to manage time effectively when working remotely.
