Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and environmentally elite Oil Palm Supervisor to anchor the production engine of Astork Farms’ Abia operations. In the specialized landscape of high-growth agribusiness, success is defined by "Agronomic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize large-scale oil palm cultivation with the clinical precision required for Regenerative Hubs, Input Processing, and Circular Economic Solutions. This role is designed for an "Agri-Architect" with 0–2 years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (supervising farm inputs and local farmer connections) with the "Strategic Agility" required to implement innovative supply chain technologies.
Requirements:
1. Plantation Orchestration & Input Governance
Agronomic Sovereignty: Oversee oil palm farming and input production with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Cultivation Excellence."
Input Architecture: Manage the processing of oil palm inputs and factory standards, providing the "Structural Foundation" for high-grade commodity trading.
Consultancy Stewardship: Support advisory services for state governments and development partners, ensuring the "Source of Value Chain Knowledge" is elite.
2. Tactical Resilience & Circular Logic
Regenerative Sovereignty: Utilize regenerative processing hubs to create circular solutions, acting as the primary "Source of Sustainable Impact."
Supply Architecture: Implement smart supply chains to connect local farmers to production centers, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for scalable agribusiness.
Infrastructure Stewardship: Build and maintain sustainable oil palm infrastructure, maintaining the "Source of Long-Term Asset Integrity."
3. Community Integrity & Performance Power

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 0–2 years in Agriculture, Agro-Allied, or related field operations.
Education: BA, BSc, HND, OND, or NCE in Agriculture or a related discipline.
Location Scope: Must be available to work in Abia State (Full-time/Hybrid).
