Job Description:
Clinora Health Group is seeking a reliable, organized, and empathetic Office Assistant to support our daily administrative and front-office operations. As the first point of contact for our healthcare facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for patients and a structured environment for our medical staff. The ideal candidate blends clerical efficiency with a professional, patient-focused attitude, ensuring that documentation is accurate and communication is clear.
Requirements:
1. Front-Office Hospitality & Communication
Patient Reception: Greet and assist patients, visitors, and callers with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.
Inquiry Management: Efficiently answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or medical personnel.
Appointment Coordination: Assist in scheduling patient appointments and managing complex calendars to optimize clinic flow.
2. Medical Administration & Data Management
Records Maintenance: Maintain, update, and organize patient records and office files, ensuring they are easily accessible yet secure.
Clerical Support: Prepare and organize essential healthcare documents, reports, and medical forms.
Data Integrity: Support the administrative team with precise data entry and routine clerical tasks, maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
3. Facility & Supply Coordination
Inventory Control: Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment orders to ensure the clinic never faces an operational shortage.
Confidentiality: Strictly uphold the confidentiality of all patient (HIPAA/NDPR standards) and company information.
Environment Management: Ensure the front-office area remains tidy, welcoming, and organized.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Qualification: SSCE / OND / HND / BSc (BSc or HND preferred).
Experience: Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a significant advantage, particularly in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
Technical & Soft Skills
Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email management.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with both medical professionals and patients.
Adaptability: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism: A patient-focused attitude with a commitment to ethical conduct and privacy.
Salary
