We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• IHMS Nigeria Limited is seeking passionate and dedicated fresh Nursing graduates to join our Graduate Nursing Trainee Program.
• This program provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Customer Support, Providers Management Support, and Claims Department Support, helping trainees build a strong foundation in healthcare administration and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Support team in handling patient inquiries, guiding them on healthcare services, and ensuring prompt issue resolution.
• Support the Providers Management team in coordinating with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Work with the Claims Department to review and process medical claims in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for customer interactions, provider engagements, and claims processing.
• Participate in training sessions to develop professional and technical skills.
• Adhere to company policies and healthcare regulations while performing assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Must have completed or be awaiting Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) licensing.
• Strong passion for healthcare services and administration.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced corporate healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with different teams.
