Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and compassionately elite Registered Nurse (RN) to anchor the health engine of our secondary college in Oyo. In the specialized landscape of residential education, success is defined by "Clinical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize professional medical care with the clinical precision required for Student Wellness, Collaborative Diagnostics, and Campus Safety. This role is designed for a "Wellness Architect" who can blend "Clinical Grit" (managing daily school clinic operations) with the "Empathetic Agility" required to support young learners in a boarding school environment.

Requirements:

1. Pediatric Orchestration & Clinical Governance

• Wellness Sovereignty: Manage the health and well-being of the student body with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Campus Care."

• Collaborative Architecture: Work seamlessly with school doctors and administrative heads, providing the "Structural Foundation" for an integrated healthcare delivery system.

• Integrity Stewardship: Demonstrate a godly and passionate approach to nursing, ensuring the "Source of Moral and Medical Care" is elite.

2. Tactical Resilience & Shift Logic

• Response Sovereignty: Manage all medical inquiries and emergencies during your active shift, acting as the primary "Source of Tactical Readiness."

• Logistics Architecture: Operate within a "1-Week On / 1-Week Off" rotation, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for continuous 24/7 medical coverage in the hostels.

• Environment Stewardship: Maintain a high standard of hygiene and medical ethics within the school clinic, maintaining the "Source of Clinical Safety."

3. Record Integrity & Performance Power

• Data Sovereignty: Maintain detailed and accurate student medical records, acting as the primary "Source of Health History."

• Reporting Architecture: Provide periodic health updates to school leadership and parents, providing the "Visual Foundation" for transparent communication.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize RN certification and experience to deliver rapid, high-fidelity care to young ones, maximizing the "Source of Medical Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: BA/BSc/HND in Nursing or a related field.

• Certification: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid professional certificate.

• Experience: Open to both fairly and very experienced nurses.

• Location Scope: Must be available for onsite work and hostel accommodation in Oyo State.
