Job Description:

Sales Oversight & Conversion Management:

  • Supervise and monitor the sales team’s daily activities to ensure effective lead follow-up and high conversion rates.
  • Track sales performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline progress.
  • Identify gaps in the sales process and implement strategies to improve close rates.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with approved sales scripts, pricing, and negotiation guidelines.

 

Offline Business Development:

  • Actively source new business opportunities through offline channels such as:
    • Corporate visits
    • Client meetings and presentations
    • Networking events and trade fairs
    • Partnerships and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
  • Represent the company professionally in face-to-face engagements.

 

Marketing & Growth Strategy:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with revenue and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with management to set monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
  • Support promotional campaigns that directly drive sales conversion.

 

Reporting & Administration:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing or supervising a sales team.
  • Strong background in offline sales and relationship-driven business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and drive performance improvements.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, sales management, or business development.
