At Atirira we produce high-quality photo prints, custom frames and photobooks. We are a small, ambitious team at the intersection of production, operations, and retail. Over the past three years, we've delivered thousands of custom frames for visual artists, photographers and their clients. We've also hosted art experiences like exhibitions and photography conferences.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are taking on new, exciting challenges, and this role will help us achieve our ambitious targets. In the coming months, we are launching new products and kick-starting our first retail outlet.
• We are looking for a Marketing Design Associate will join our marketing team and be responsible for crafting the visual outlook of our online content.
• If you're early in your career and keen to work in an environment that encourages creativity, experimentation and excellence this is a good fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics for ads, social posts, email campaigns, video content, and presentations
• Translate marketing campaign objectives into visual concepts.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines.
• Assist with video editing and motion graphics

Requirements:

Below are the key skills and qualifications you will need to be successful in this role:

• Completed HND or Bachelor's Degree or a portfolio that makes the Degree irrelevant
• Strong graphic design ability with a portfolio.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Coreldraw and Canva or related tools
• 1 year professional or semi-professional experience in experience in a marketing or design role
• Understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Nice-to-have: simple video editing skills
