We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a vibrant and results-driven Marketers to join our team.
• The ideal candidate should have strong sales and marketing skills, a flair for fashion, and the ability to attract, engage, and retain customers.
• You will play a key role in driving sales growth and promoting the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote the boutique’s collections.
• Drive sales to achieve a monthly target of N1,000,000.
• Engage new and existing customers through direct marketing, social media, and in-store promotions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and brand representation at all times.
• Collaborate with the boutique team to plan campaigns, discounts, and promotional activities.
• Prepare simple weekly sales reports and provide insights on market trends and customer preferences.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or fashion retail (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.
• Passion for fashion and current style trends.

Compensation

• Basic Salary: N100,000 monthly
• Sales Target: N1,000,000 monthly
• Commission: 5% on target met
• Monthly Airtime- N10,000
