Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Manager, Finance to anchor the commercial and growth engine of our manufacturing/distribution operations. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the cash-conversion-cycle and the precision of the expansion-filter success is defined by "Financial Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex statutory governance with the clinical precision required for Profitability Optimization, Investor Engagement, and Capital Strategy. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" specifically a senior leader with 8+ years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (mastering manufacturing/automotive cost drivers) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute High-Stakes Fundraising and Debt/Equity Negotiations.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Financial Governance
Sovereignty of the Balance Sheet: Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and long-range planning, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Economic Strategy."
Control Architecture: Build robust internal controls and reporting systems, providing the "Structural Foundation" for risk mitigation and statutory compliance (Accounting, Audits, Tax).
Integrity Stewardship: Advise management on financial performance and business risks, ensuring the "Source of Procedural Truth" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Capital Architecture & Growth Logic
Investor Sovereignty: Drive debt/equity discussions, prepare financial models, and lead investor/lender negotiations, acting as the primary "Source of Capital Lifecycle Success."
Expansion Architecture: Support pricing, margins, and complex business expansion models, providing the "Functional Foundation" for data-driven strategic growth.
Relationship Stewardship: Manage high-level relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions, maintaining the "Source of Institutional Trust."
3. Operational Integrity & Digital Transformation
Efficiency Sovereignty: Develop cost-control measures across assembly and distribution operations, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Profitability."
Digital Architecture: Lead ERP and financial digital transformation initiatives (AI-enabled financial planning, BI tools), providing the "Relational Foundation" for modern, automated reporting.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Financial Analytics to accelerate the "Planning-to-Action" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Manufacturing Momentum."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Finance; Professional qualification is mandatory (CA, CPA, or ACCA).
Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of senior finance leadership, ideally within Automotive, Manufacturing, or Distribution sectors.
Technical Power: Mastery of financial modeling, fundraising/investor decks, and due diligence processes.
Digital Fluency: Familiarity with AI-enabled planning, automation, analytics, and BI tools.
Aptitude: High-level strategic thinking, leadership maturity, and proven ability to operate with uncompromising integrity.
