Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Logistics & Dispatch Support professional to anchor the movement engine of our operations. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the shipment and the precision of the delivery record success is defined by "Logistics Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize inbound and outbound flows with the clinical precision required for Route Optimization, Stakeholder Coordination, and Inventory Reconciliation. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect", specifically a professional with an OND and 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Logistical Grit" (handling pressure and resolving transportation issues) with the "Technical Agility" required to manage high-fidelity documentation and Microsoft Excel-based reporting.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Dispatch Governance

  • Shipment Sovereignty: Coordinate inbound and outbound movements with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Timely Deliveries."

  • Status Architecture: Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders, providing the "Structural Foundation" for transparent supply chain management.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% compliance with safety regulations and company policies, ensuring the "Source of Operational Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Documentation Logic

  • Documentation Sovereignty: Prepare and maintain invoices, shipping records, and inventory reports, acting as the primary "Source of Administrative Fidelity."

  • Reconciliation Architecture: Verify shipment details and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and transporters, providing the "Functional Foundation" for accurate stock levels.

  • Route Stewardship: Support the team in optimizing delivery routes and resolving transit issues, maintaining the "Source of Operational Efficiency."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

  • Collaboration Sovereignty: Liaise effectively with warehouse teams, transporters, and suppliers, acting as the primary "Source of Inter-departmental Synergy."

  • Data Architecture: Assist in preparing high-fidelity reports on logistics costs and performance, providing the "Relational Foundation" for management decision-making.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 1–3 years of dispatch experience to accelerate the "Warehouse-to-Destination" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Logistical Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Strictly Diploma / OND in a related field.

  • Experience: 1 – 3 years in logistics, supply chain, or dispatch operations.

  • Industry Context: Experience in FMCG or a manufacturing environment is a significant advantage.
