Job Description:

Are you looking to break into the luxury real estate market? CW Real Estate is seeking a high-energy Listing Officer Intern to manage our premium property portfolio. This role is a strategic blend of property marketing, database management, and client coordination. You will work directly with our lead agents to ensure every property-from luxury villas to commercial spaces-is presented perfectly to the market. This is an ideal role for an aspiring Real Estate Professional or Marketing Specialist looking for hands-on operational experience.

Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

• Property Onboarding: Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new properties, ensuring all legal documentation and KYC requirements are collected.
• Listing Management: Create and optimize property listings on the CW Real Estate website and top-tier portals (PropertyPro, Private Property, etc.) to ensure maximum visibility.
• Quality Control: Audit property descriptions, high-res photos, and floor plans for 100% accuracy before publication.
• Agent Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between property owners and agents to verify real-time pricing and availability.
• Digital Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team in promoting "Featured Listings" through social media campaigns and online advertisements.
• Operations & Scheduling: Manage viewing schedules for prospective clients and maintain organized internal databases for active and sold inventory.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) and research current real estate trends to help price listings competitively.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Demonstrated interest in real estate sales, leasing, and property management
• Familiarity with property listing portals, real estate platforms, and social media marketing tools
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and customer demand
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM systems (an added advantage)
• Willingness to learn, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced real estate environment
• Displays a professional attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
