Job Description:

• Handle all legal matters of the company
• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and MOUs
• Manage property documentation and land title verification
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when required
• Ensure compliance with corporate and real estate laws.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of property, corporate, and commercial law
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• LL.B and BL (Called to the Nigerian Bar)
• Minimum of 3–5 years post-call experience
