We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Lawyer to provide legal support to the organization.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing contracts, and protecting the company’s legal interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to management on various legal and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Ensure the organization complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Handle disputes, litigation, and represent the company when required
• Liaise with external solicitors, regulators, and relevant authorities
• Provide legal guidance on employment, commercial, and operational matters
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and advise management accordingly
• Assist in policy development and legal risk management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and BL qualification (must be called to the Nigerian Bar)
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years post-call experience
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labor law
• Excellent drafting and legal research skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
