We are seeking a high-velocity and creatively elite Junior Interior Designer / Project Associate to anchor our design engine in Lekki, Lagos. In the high-stakes world of Lagos luxury interiors, success is defined by "Spatial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-concept aesthetic visions with the clinical precision required for technical drawings, material selection, and site governance. • Modeling Logic: Utilize SketchUp and modern presentation tools to create immersive spatial narratives that define the "Source of Appeal" for our projects.

2. Project Resilience & Site Logic

  • Timeline Sovereignty: Manage project schedules with clinical attention to detail, ensuring the "Economic Velocity" of the contract is maintained through timely contractor coordination.

  • Site Stewardship: Conduct regular site visits in the Lekki area to ensure projects are executed as a "Source of Fidelity" to the original design plans.

  • Fulfillment Architecture: Provide high-velocity project updates to the lead designer and stakeholders, resolving on-site bottlenecks with professional poise.
