Job Description:

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the company, including staff supervision, office operations, and administrative tasks.
• Oversee staff performance, provide guidance and support, and ensure a productive and positive work environment.
• Oversee the development of film projects, including script development, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Manage the production process, ensuring films are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality.
• Oversee budgeting, financing, and financial planning for film projects and the company as a whole.
• Develop and execute marketing and distribution strategies to promote films and reach target audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including studios, distributors, and exhibitors.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and management skills to oversee teams and make key decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with talent, studios, and distributors.
• A deep understanding of storytelling and filmmaking, with the ability to identify and develop compelling film projects.
• Strong business skills, including budgeting, financing, and financial planning.
• In-depth knowledge of the film industry, including trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills to navigate the complexities of film production and distribution.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, including shifts in market trends, talent availability, and production challenges.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to build strong relationships with staff, talent, and industry professionals, and manage conflicts effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be able to adjust to flexible working hours (9 am-5 pm, Mondays to Fridays, and some nights or weekends when required).
• Must be willing to relocate to Osogbo, Osun state, as the roles are on-site.
• Must be a Christian and have proven integrity (2 reference letters will be required before appointment).
