Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Supervisor to oversee our firm's technology infrastructure and drive our digital strategy. You will serve as the technical backbone of the company, responsible for everything from hands-on hardware/software support and server administration to managing complex cloud environments and web development. This is a critical role for a professional who is equally comfortable in the server room and the boardroom.

Requirements:

• Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to develop and execute the firm’s IT strategy and manage annual technology budgets.

• Operational Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for hardware and software troubleshooting, ensuring zero impedance to day-to-day business operations.

• Infrastructure Management: Maintain and administer servers, network infrastructure, and firewall security.

• Cloud & DevOps: Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. Utilize Intune for endpoint management and Azure DevOps to streamline development and deployment processes.

• Vendor & Asset Management: Liaise with nationwide vendors and service providers to maintain and maximize the utility of business equipment and facilities across all firm locations.

• Web Development: Develop and actively manage the company website to ensure it remains a powerful tool for meeting evolving business challenges.

• Technical Maintenance: Perform end-to-end installation, maintenance, and optimization of computer hardware and software systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven professional experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar supervisory capacity.

• Technical Mastery:

  • Cloud Environments: Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure.

  • Management Tools: Demonstrated experience with Intune, Azure DevOps, and other enterprise IT management platforms.

  • Security & Network: Solid understanding of network architecture, firewall management, and cybersecurity best practices.
